  • Furniture must be clean and in good repair.
  • We may elect to come out and look at your items.
  • We may provide pick up for multiple or large items.
  • You will receive 50% of the selling price.
  • The consignment period is 60 days. However, it may be renewed if necessary.  At the end of the consignment period, you have the opportunity to pick up any unsold items, as stated in your contract.
